What does the $49 monthly subscription cover?
Access to the Joyride marketplace, dispatch system, in-app payments, rider ratings, customer support, and the driver business tools (calendar, client list, earnings reports). No commission on any ride.
Can I really set my own prices?
Yes. You set base rates, per-mile, per-minute, and surge windows. Riders see your rates upfront before booking. You can change them anytime.
What if I don't get enough rides?
You can cancel your subscription anytime, no penalty. We're transparent about market demand in each city before you sign up — no inflated promises.
What are the vehicle requirements?
Standard rideshare requirements vary by city — generally a 4-door vehicle, 12 years old or newer, in good condition, with current registration and insurance. We'll walk you through your city's specifics during onboarding.
How do payouts work?
Riders pay through the app at the end of each ride. Funds land in your account daily. No waiting on weekly payouts.
Do you offer insurance?
Yes — commercial rideshare coverage is included while you're on a Joyride trip. Personal insurance covers you the rest of the time, same as you carry today.
